Door-to-Door Courier Service

Ancestral's Way makes use of selected third-party courier companies to ensure reliable delivery at the best possible rates for our customers. Courier fees are subject to change in accordance with courier company policies and may be updated without prior notice.

Please note that deliveries are conducted on business days during standard office hours only.

Free Delivery Options

Ancestral's Way offers free nationwide delivery to main centres only on orders that exceed specified order values. Current promotions, minimum order thresholds, and applicable discounts are published on our website and may change from time to time.

Delivery to regional areas, farms, plots, or townships will be quoted separately.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt; however, dispatch will only occur once payment has been confirmed or valid proof of payment has been received.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 business days, subject to product availability from our suppliers.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

No deliveries take place on public holidays within the Republic of South Africa.

If no one is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notification and attempt to arrange a second delivery in accordance with the courier’s terms and conditions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and/or value of your order. Estimated weights displayed online are provided as a guide only. The final shipping cost may vary slightly depending on the actual weight of the dispatched parcel.
